With so many fun rides and activities at Universal Orlando Resort, quick service dining seems like a practical idea! However, sometimes practical isn’t always “yummy”. This is not something you need to worry about at Universal Orlando, because there are MANY delicious quick service options. With 80+ dining locations to choose from, we decided to narrow it down to the Top 11. So, here are our top 11 Universal Orlando quick service locations.
Universal Studios
With 15+ quick service options at Universal Studios, we had a hard time choosing our favorites, but we tried.
Today Cafe (B,L,D)
Today Cafe is themed after the NBC morning show “Today”. While this place is amazing for breakfast or just to grab a quick cup of coffee, it also has some seriously delicious lunch options. There are several different sandwiches to choose from. My personal favorite.. 30 Rock Midtowner Platter it is made up of shaved roasted turkey, smoked gouda, tomato aioli on pressed cranberry artisan bread!
There are also soups, flatbreads, and salads to choose from.

Louie’s Italian Restaurant (L&D)
Craving pizza? Then you’ll want to head to Louie’s Italian Restaurant over in the New York section of the studios. You can order an entire pie or by the slice. You can also get a slice in a combo meal which includes a salad.
There are also other options for the non pizza lover amongst you. For example meatball sub and spaghetti & meatballs, just to name a few.
The spaghetti bolognese is surprisingly good!

Fish & Chips aren’t the only things on the menu at the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley. You can also find Bangers and Mash, Fisherman’s Pie, Toad in the Hole, Ploughman’s Platter, and more; plus a Kid’s Menu which offers Macaroni & Cheese, and Cottage Mini Pie.
The fish and chips are my personal favorite, but really the theming is the biggest draw here.

Mel’s Drive In (L,D)
Go back in time and rock around the clock, be super hip and dazzle your kids with your “back in my day” stories at Mel’s Drive In AND enjoy one of the best burgers at Universal Studios. (The milk shake’s are pretty darn good too.)
They do have vegetarian options as well as chicken sandwich options, in case a burger isn’t your scene.
My personal favorite is the chili cheese fries. Definitely not going to fit in on a “healthy diet” list, but seriously yummy. Let’s be real, you’re walking about 20k steps a day, in the parks, right? Plus calories don’t count on vacation, in our “professional” opinion.

Minion Cafe (L,D)
The Minion Cafe is a fun minion themed location with several healthier options! While you can get a Steak & “Cheese Ray” Sandwich, aka a French dip sandwich, our personal favorite are the Despica-bowl options! Kevin’s Chopa Chopa Salad is my personal favorite and has purple cabbage and arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, edamame, crispy pork belly, pulled rotisserie chicken, green banana chips and a mustard ale vinaigrette. NOM….NOM.
Please note, you MUST mobile order at this restaurant. Walk up is not an option.

Thunder Falls Terrace (L,D)
If you’re looking for a nice cool spot to eat, this is an excellent option! Not to mention, the rice bowls are YUM-YUM.

Three Broomsticks (B,L,D)

For lunch and dinner their options include the traditional fish and chips as well as The Great Feast’, Shepherd’s Pie, Beef Pasties, Turkey Legs, and fresh vegetables.

Doc Sugrue’s Desert Kebab House
If eating your food off of a stick is your thing (and why wouldn’t it be?), then you’re going to LOVE this kebab place! A Mediterranean-inspired grill with Greek salad, and snacks like hummus, fruit, and churros in addition to the delicious kebabs are available.
Just try walking past this place with an empty stomach. I dare you!

Volcano Bay
Volcano Bay breaks the water park mold when it comes to food options. While most water parks go the way of hotdogs, burgers and fries, Volcano Bay upped their game.
Kohola Reef Restaurant & Social Club (L,D)
Located at the front of the park, this location has a pulled pork sandwich that will have you questioning your life choices.
The Mango BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich Platter is topped with caramelized pineapple, fresh cabbage and mango slaw on a toasted Hawaiian style bun with fries.
The Hawaiian Ribs are seriously divine as well. They are slow smoked glazed ribs served with mango slaw. NOM NOM.
They have grab and go sandwiches as well as salads and chopped fruit. Sushi is also an option!

Whakawaiwai Eats
Located near the river, Whakawaiwai Eats is THE place to go for longboard pizza! My personal favorite is the Island BBQ Chicken longboard pizza with its diced chicken, mango BBQ sauce, and red onions topped with gouda cheese.
If chicken pizza isn’t your thing, no worries. There are several longboard pizza options.
You can also get salad, hot dogs on a pretzel bun, and jerk Shrimp Mac & Cheese.
