What are Magical Extras?
These are the extra touches and discounts Disney adds to add extra MAGIC to your Disney vacation. The extras can change from year to year but typically include discounts at various recreation, dining, or merchandise locations and can be used during your time on the Disney resort. Many of them are Disney Springs discounts. Onsite guests will also get Early Theme Park Entry with guests of Deluxe Disney Resorts getting extended hours at select parks on select days.
Who receives Magical Extras?
When you book a vacation package with the Magical Memory Planners through the Walt Disney Travel Company you will receive Magical Extras. In order to receive the Magical Extra’s the vacation package must include room and tickets and are given as a whole on the reservation and not per person. For example, you could have 5 people in a room, but still would only receive 4. Unfortunately, Magical Extras are not included on room only reservations.
How do I get my Magical Extras?
You have to pick up your magical extras savings card at the front desk at check in. You will need to show your magical extras savings card to get your magical extras. Our recommendation is to carry the card with you at all times. If you find yourself in a place where you can use your “extras” you will have it with you.
What are the current Magical Extras?
Magical Extras fall into 3 categories: things to do, places to eat and places to shop. Many of them are for Disney Springs stores. Here are some of the Magical Extras for 2024.
Things to Do
Miniature Golf – Receive four (4) vouchers per package, each voucher valid for one (1) 18 hole round of miniature golf on one (1) day for one (1) Guest at either Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course or Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course.
