Many people want to go to Disney and are looking for a more moderate price. Here are some ways to go to Disney for a moderate price.
Moderate Resorts
The best way to get your price to a more moderate price is to pick a lower cost hotel. There are several that are more moderate in price. Port Orleans RIverside and Caribbean Beach Resort both have options for families of 5. You can also stay at Port Orleans French Quarter or Coronado Springs. If you have a family of 6 you can do one of the Family Suites at Art of Animation or All Star Music. They also have Fort Wilderness Cabins that sleep 6.
Disney Tickets
You can also moderate your price by including a base ticket in your package. A longer multiday ticket will be less per day and you can do multiple days at each park instead of a shorter ticket with the hopper option.
Quick Service Dining Plans
Another way to help with your cost and value, is to include a quick service dining plan. Using the drink cup at the resort and ordering the largest quick service meal options and sharing at times can help stretch the budget.
Offers
Try to travel during times of year that have bigger offers. There are typically room or package offers from February to April and late May through July. They can be at other times of year too. If you are flexible that can be helpful.
Other Tips
For 2025, you get a free day at the water park on your arrival day. If you are planning to stay for a week you may want to do a split stay so you will have two water park days during your trip.
There are new MagicBand+ that you can get at a discount with a package but you can reuse your magic bands from a previous trip or even use your room card or magic mobile instead of buying new MagicBand+.
