Ever wonder what Walt Disney World in the fall is like? One word….AMAZING!!!!
There is such an exciting atmosphere at Walt Disney World in the fall. Could be that it is my favorite season, but it really is beautiful. The decorations they have out make you want to bring them all home with you. The different experiences at that time of year are definitely worth your time and money!
What is there to do in the fall?
Every year, EPCOT plays host to the International Food & Wine Festival. This is always a hit! There are many countries around World Showcase that sample some of their local favorites in both the food & wine/drink categories. Canada has a sampling of their very well known 
“Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce – OH SO YUMMY!!!!!. Greece has a chicken gyro with tzatziki sauce, Belgium has Belgian waffles with different toppings, and Ireland, Italy, Africa, China, Brazil, Local Florida grown samplings as well. You definitely will not go hungry! Even better, if you are one of the Disney Dining Plans, many of the food items are eligible for your snack credits! The admission to the International Food & Wine Festival is included with your theme park admission. If you want to try any of the amazing samplings, those will cost extra.
Magic Kingdom also offers Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party on select nights for an additional cost. This is SO much fun for all! The party begins at 7pm and runs until midnight. This is the only time of the year that adults can dress up in costume. Many families put a theme together and dress accordingly. You don’t have to do that though. There is trick or treating throughout the Magic Kingdom, dance parties, characters that are not usually out having meet & greets, and a parade that is the BEST parade that I have seen! Even better, the waits for popular rides are much less! 
Fall is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World resort! Not terribly hot, and not as crowded as summers and holidays!
