I highly recommend Nicole at Magical Memory Planners. This was our first family trip to Disney and Nicole was so helpful planning our resort stay and educating us on Genie+! She was very responsive, even answering emails from me on a Sunday when we first got to the park and I had questions. I definitely plan on reaching out to her again when we go to Universal!
