I had the opportunity to plan a magical vacation for Jess and her family. Her friend and her fiance came along too. Since they had the dining plan I helped Jess plan out her meals, make her dining reservations, and reservations at the Pirate’s League for her kids.
Jess had a small issue with her dining plan while she was on vacation. At her second table reservation they said she no longer had any table service credits available and she would have to pay for her meal. She put the bill on her room account and called me. I was able to straighten it all out quickly with a few phone calls. I sent her a message back that the charges were reversed and put back on the dining plan. She had been mistakenly charged too many credits at another table service meal. Thankfully for Jess, she didn’t have to waste her precious vacation time sorting out her issue. She just had to call me, her travel agent, and I could take care of it while she could continue the magic of her vacation.
Jess is home now and looking forward to another magical vacation in a couple years. Here is the letter she sent me.
“Hey Allison I wanna say thanks for helping us out so quickly when we were at Disney with the dinning mess up. I’m finally recovering from the trip. I will refer you to all my friends when they go. You are an awesome Disney specialist!!! We had a great time and will be going back probably in the next 3 yrs. But as an adult going and seeing all that was awesome!!!! I especially loved Cinderella’s royal table breakfast. That was the highlight of the trip. Thank you again!!!!
