Grocery Delivery in Walt Disney World

When traveling with a family or staying at a villa you may want to consider having grocery delivery in Walt Disney World. Even if you won’t be cooking meals it may still be nice to have diapers, wipes, baby food, formula, cases of water, snacks, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, milk,  and other grocery delivery in Walt Disney World.

GardenGrocer.com is the way to go. You can go online and order your groceries before you leave home. Pick the delivery date and time that works for you. You must order a minimum of 36 hours in advance but 72 hours or more is preferred to ensure a delivery window that works best for you.

The price is very reasonable as well. You will save money by buying from the grocery store over buying at the resort or filling another suitcase with things. You will also save the time of going to the store on your first day. They will charge $14.00 for delivery and offer $2.00 delivery for orders over $200. The minimum order is $40.

During checkout you will be shown a calendar to choose your delivery date and 2 hour delivery window. You should give them your cell phone number and a driver will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery to coordinate your delivery.

You can get grocery delivery in Walt Disney World to all Disney and Universal resorts as well as rental homes and other hotels in central Florida. (They do not deliver to the Swan and Dolphin Resort)

Here is some additional information for Disney resort guests:

Use the address of your resort from your reservation confirmation. Here is an example :   Jane Doe, Guest
Disney’s Beach Club Villas
4600 N. World Drive
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32820

*Including your cell phone number is also HIGHLY recommended.

You do not have to be in your room for delivery for most resorts. The following resorts offer bell service drop off. Just call down to bell services to have your groceries brought up or if your room is ready they may have them in your room already.
– Animal Kingdom Lodge
– Swan and Dolphin Resorts
– Disney’s Polynesian
– Grand Floridian
– Disney’s Contemporary Resort (Bay Lake Tower)
– Coronado Springs
– Beach Club
– Disney’s Yacht Club
– Disney’s Bonnett Creek
– Disney’s Boardwalk Resort

***UPDATE*** Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Villas, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will only be delivered during the hours of 4:30pm-5:30pm

If you are at another resort I recommend choosing a delivery time after you will be checked in and know your room number. When they call before delivery give them the room number and make sure an adult is in the room to receive the groceries. Check with GardenGrocer.com if you have any other specific questions about grocery delivery in Walt Disney World or the surrounding area.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 9pm 7 days a week.

All Disney resorts have refrigerators in their luggage rooms to safely store your perishables until you arrive. If you are going to a different hotel you can call the hotel to ask them about their facility for storage or make sure delivery will be after you arrive.

It is recommended that you order 1/2 gallons of milk unless you are in a 1 or 2 bedroom villa because of the refrigerator size in the room.

If you only need baby items such as diapers and baby food then you might want to check out BabiesTravelLite.com. They deliver to all of Disney, Disney Cruise Line, and any where in the country.

Do you deliver to Old Key West Villas at Disney and what type of payment is accepted.

Yes, they deliver to all the Disney resorts. They accept all credit cards. You can see it all on their website.

We bought into DVC duinrg this holiday and used some of our points to stay the night there. The rooms were superb, a great location and facilities but then I do have quite a contemporary taste. Going back in 2012 to spend two weeks there with our new DVC points.

Thanks for your post. These are the lowest rates we have seen for Disney in years. We don’t anactiptie that prices will drop any further. What Disney may do is add additional dates that the promotion would apply, which is what they did earlier this year (extended the offer from April to August,) but the rates stayed the same.

OMG, I wish I could go to Disney world but it’s just so far away and too expensive to fly to Orlando but one day I will be there, I’m sure. And then I want to see Wishes. It’s the kist amnazig thing I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen the version of Disneyland paris when I’ve? been there last year, but it wasn’t really nice. I’ve seen the one from Orlando before here on YouTube and thought, that it would be the same, but it’s not

just wanted to say I’ve used Garden Grocer my last four trips and it was perfect! Worked without a hitch! They texted me as we were getting off the plane that our groceries had been delivered (We always stay at Coronado Springs and they hold them in a refridgerator for you) – when we get to our room we call and have them brought up. We save a TON of money on bottled water alone. (Think about it – a bottle of water from the machine is at least $2. Four people in your party, four bottles of water a day at least for a week…that’s almost $60 – a case of water at the store is around $10 – you do have to pay the delivery fee if you’re less than $200 but even at $20 for a case of water it’s still less money. And we buy munchies for our pool days 🙂

    • Thanks for your comment. I know they help so many people every day. Its a great service for so many reasons even if you don’t plan on cooking. Baby supplies and water are the two biggest. I appreciate you sharing your experience.
